This product works well for my classes, though I am considering moving to steel rollerballs b/c oil slides out better. Customer service is good and delivery is quick (a few days). However, I find the shipping cost a bit pricey and told the company rep.

I was excited to get these after many great reviews. At class, we had many people walk away with bruises on their hands from trying to snap in the rollers into the neck of the bottle. My hand included and I’m happy to send you a picture of the roller imprint in my hand. Not a great product experience, I’ afraid.

This is a really great company to deal with. You never know when you're ordering online. I received my products very quickly without extra shipping charges. I didn't like the gray tops & wanted to switch to the black. They immediately shipped new tops for me & even emailed a return label! This was MY error & they made it right without any additional shipping charges to me. I had the new tops within about 2 days!!! I will definitely be sharing their name among my oil friends!! These look great, I love the gold lids! The only complaint is the rollerball is very difficult to apply - I had to get my husband to get it all the way in. I guess one bonus to that would be that hopefully there will be no leakage!

These are great! The roller part is a bit hard to get in the bottle, but it is doable.
